How to make grilled rice balls

As someone who has been spoiled since childhood, you definitely can’t cook by yourself. When you grow up and go out, you also want to cook a dish by yourself. Although there are so many recipes, the steps and methods are so short that you can’t make them well no matter how hard you try. Don’t give up, because today I will introduce to you how to make baked rice balls.

1.1 If you have a mold, just shape the rice ball into a round shape and put it into the mold and press it tightly.

2.2 Dip your hands in salt water, spread the rice and make a small hole, put the anchovy in, then cover it with some rice and knead it into a rice ball.

3. Prepare the rice balls and set aside. At this time, prepare the soy sauce, add a little sugar into the soy sauce and stir it for later use (adjust the ratio of soy sauce and sugar according to your taste).

4. Brush a little oil on the frying pan, put the rice balls on it and bake. When one side is a little crispy, turn it over and brush the prepared soy sauce on the baked side. Then wait until that side is crispy, turn it over and brush the other side with soy sauce.

5. Then brush with soy sauce and bake both sides until they are crispy and golden brown.

6. It’s not over yet, let’s continue making a grilled rice ball and tea rice. Put the toasted rice balls in a bowl, sprinkle with a little shredded mushrooms, put some anchovies on the rice balls, pour in the brewed green tea, and finally put some shredded seaweed on top.
