How to make cucumber, carrot and ham sushi

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. Cucumber, carrot and ham sausage sushi is easy to make. It does not take too much time and it can achieve the goal of balanced nutrition, which meets the taste requirements of the general public.

1. Prepare the materials as shown below.

2. Cut cucumber, carrot and ham into strips. Marinate the cucumber with salt for 10 minutes to soften it, boil the carrots in boiling water, stir-fry the ham with oil, and then put them on a plate for later use.

3. Cut some seaweed into small pieces and set aside.

4. Place a piece of nori on the sushi mat, and then spread a layer of white rice evenly on the nori.

5. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the white rice, then carefully press one side of the plastic wrap and flip it down.

6. After turning it over, make sure the plastic wrap and rice side is facing down and the seaweed side is facing up.

7. Arrange the cucumber, radish and ham in order.

8. Roll it up and then unfold it. Repeat the above steps to make a few more, depending on your appetite.

9. Roll the rolled sushi on the nori pieces so that the sushi is covered with nori pieces.

10. Finally, cut into pieces, put on a plate, serve, and you’re done.
