1. Wash the Thai fragrant rice and soak it in a small amount of water to cover it. Add oyster sauce and boiling water to mix.

2. Prepare various ingredients for meat: pork tendon, shredded mustard tuber, ginger, celery, red pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

3. Use a knife to gently chop the pork tendon a few times horizontally and vertically to make it easier to marinate and have a better taste when eaten.

4. Cut the pork tendon into shreds.

5. Marinate the shredded pork, add shredded mustard tuber, shredded ginger, celery, chili flakes, cornstarch, light soy sauce, sesame oil and MSG and mix well.

6. Marinate the meat and soak the rice for half an hour, then start cooking. Pour out the water in the rice, add boiling water in an equal amount to the rice, and cook over high heat.

7. After the rice boils, turn to low heat and continue cooking.

8. Cook the rice until the water starts to absorb.

9. Add the meat, place it in the middle, cover and simmer.

10. When the water in the gaps between the rice has basically evaporated (the sizzling sound in the pot becomes smaller), take the oil bottle and evenly rotate it around the edge of the pot and drip a small amount of oil into it (control the amount of oil and do not add too much).

11. Continue to simmer over low heat with the lid on. Tilt the pot in four directions: front, back, left, and right. Cook in one direction for about 1 minute until rice crusts form in the pot.

12. After cooking in four directions, place it on a small plate and prepare to stir-fry.

13. Wash the cabbage and cut into thick shreds.

14. Heat the pan and add oil.

15. Put the cabbage into the pot and stir-fry until cooked and soft.

16. After frying the vegetables, open the lid of the casserole, move the meat aside, add the shredded cabbage and drizzle with oyster sauce.
