9. Brush oil in the toast pan. Mine seems to be non-stick, but to be on the safe side, I still brushed a layer of oil on it.

10. Roll out the relaxed dough.

11. Then roll it up from top to bottom and roll it tightly. Note that it is best to have the smooth side facing outwards so that the surface will look good.

12. Place the bread in the toast mold with the seam facing down for the second fermentation.

13. Put a plate of hot water on the bottom layer of the oven, and then put the dough in the oven to ferment. I don’t have a toast cover, so it’s enough to let it rise to 80% full.

14. After fermentation, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough.

15. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top as garnish.

16. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees on the lower layer for 30 minutes.

17. It is very soft and tastes great. It can be cut into slices and used to make sandwiches the next day.
