Kill the turtle, remove the skin and internal organs, cut into 4 cm square pieces, blanch them in soup pot and set aside. 3. Cut the cabbage, winter melon and white radish into 5 cm long and 5 mm thick slices, put them into the hot pot pot, add ginger and scallion shreds, MSG, red dates, wolfberries, chicken essence, pepper powder, cooking wine, boiled water, put the turtle in, and drizzle with refined oil.
