Orange Frozen Cheesecake Recipe

12. Pour the egg yolk liquid with fish gelatin powder into the cream cheese and mix well.

13. Add Contu wine, of course, you can add any wine you like

14. Squeeze in lemon juice

15. Mix in the orange pulp and set aside

16. Take another bowl and pour in the whipped cream, also known as fresh cream. Remember, put the whisk bowl and the whisk head of the egg beater into the freezer beforehand to make it easier to whip.

17. Add sugar to the whipped cream in batches, whisking as you add.

18. Beat until 50% is done, that is, after the whipped cream is scooped up with a whisk, the cream liquid slowly remains to form a small pile

19. Mix the cream into the pre-mixed egg yolk cheese paste

20. Take out the frozen cookie mold bottom and put it into the mold

21. Pour in the mixed liquid

22. Due to the limitation of tools, I used muffin cups, so I needed to use glass cups to help shape them. You can also use a small cup as a container, or a metal ring mold, whatever you want.

23. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and you can eat it. It has a strong wine aroma.
