Passion fruit: also known as love fruit, scientific name: Passiflora. A herbaceous vine of the Passifloraceae family and the genus Passiflora, with stems having fine stripes and being hairless. The leaves are papery, with ovate middle lobes and ovate-oblong lobes on both sides. The edges of the lobes have inward-curved glandular sharp serrations, and the outer apex has a horn-shaped appendage; the inner corona is not pleated, the apex is entire or irregularly torn, and is light yellow-green; the ovary is obovoid, flat and stick-shaped, and the stigma is kidney-shaped. The berries are ovoid, glabrous, and purple when ripe; the seeds are numerous and ovate. It is native to the Greater and Lesser Antilles and is now widely planted in tropical and subtropical regions. The fruit can be eaten raw or used as vegetables or feed. The fruit pulp is juicy and can be made into medicine by adding carbonic acid and sugar, which has stimulating and strengthening effects. Ingredients: one spare rib, some soy sauce, a little salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of oil, a little shredded ginger, a few passion fruits, a little cornstarch

How to cook passion fruit braised spare ribs: marinate the ribs with a little light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oil, and shredded ginger, then add a little cornstarch and mix well.

Put it in the pot and stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of boiling water, light soy sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for half an hour.
