1. Beat 4 eggs, use an egg separator to take out the egg yolks and set aside 2 bags of fresh milk 3. 80 grams of sugar. I used white sugar, but I feel that soft white sugar is better, easier to melt, and not too sweet 4. Put the sugar and egg yolks in a container 5. Beat the egg yolks and sugar evenly. This sugar egg liquid is very thick.

6. Pour 2 bags of fresh milk into a small pot, add a few tablespoons of whole milk powder and half a spoon of corn starch, mix well and cook until slightly boiled, turn off the heat and let it dry. Because there was no cream, but there was still a lot of milk powder at home, so we used that. It turned out that the ice cream made without cream was just as delicious! Adding a little corn starch makes it easier to solidify. Finally, put it in the refrigerator without stirring, it will naturally turn into frost. 7. Slowly add the cooked and cooled milk into the sugar and egg mixture and stir evenly. I use a Fissler blender to blend it evenly, which is quicker. It is recommended to mix it in when the milk is slightly warm, so that the sugar in the sugar and egg liquid can dissolve more fully, but do not mix it when it is too hot, otherwise the egg liquid will solidify into lumps. 8. Pour the beaten milk and egg yolk mixture into the pot and cook slowly until it is slightly boiled, then turn off the heat. It is recommended to stir slowly in the same direction while cooking, because a little starch and sugar have been added before to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot. 9. Let the cooked egg and milk mixture cool down and pour it into a container. At this point you can add a few spoonfuls of cocoa powder according to your preference. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours.

10. Success! Ice cream tastes great when it is frozen without any cream and does not need to be churned!
