6. Apply it on the steamed duck legs, spread more on the skin, and bake in the oven at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Although they are eaten with pepper and salt in the end, the meat still needs to be marinated. I marinated it overnight. There are two ways of steaming. A regular steamer takes one hour, while a pressure cooker only takes twenty-five minutes. However, a regular steamer is still recommended as it will make the duck more flavorful and will not cause the duck meat to shrink rapidly under high pressure, destroying its shape. The egg whites must be beaten until fully risen. This is very easy for people who love baking. Just add the glutinous rice flour and mix well. Don't stir it until it is not burnt. The small bubbles produced by the egg whites create the crispy effect. If it is stirred too much and loses its texture, the taste will be bad. Adding some dark soy sauce to the eggs will make the color better when baking. Brush the baking tray with oil and preheat the oven in advance.
