How to make vegetarian shredded pork with Beijing sauce

1.1 Soak the vegetarian shredded pork in boiling water for 3-5 minutes! (Soak until it feels fluffy when you pick it up with your hands);

2.2 Prepare materials. (vegetarian pork shreds, cucumber, ginger slices, sweet noodle sauce, water starch, sugar, salt, container);

3.1 Heat oil in a wok. When the oil temperature reaches 30%, add the vegetarian pork shreds and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the oil! (You can also stir-fry it with oil at home);

4.2 Cut the cucumber into shreds and spread them at the bottom of the container for later use;

5. Leave some oil in the pot, add ginger slices and stir-fry, then add the prepared sweet noodle sauce (the sweet noodle sauce can be mixed with sesame paste to make it more fragrant);

6. Add sugar and salt (optional) according to your personal taste and stir-fry until the sauce is fragrant;

7. Add the previously fried vegetarian shredded pork and stir-fry until it is coated with the sauce, then thicken with water starch and stir-fry evenly;

8. Remove from heat and place on the plate with cucumber shreds previously placed on it.
