How to make Sukiyaki

As people's living standards improve, they begin to pay attention to health care. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. Health preservation is not about taking health care medicine, or spending money on maintenance. Well, now I will introduce how to cook Sukiyaki.

1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces in the middle.

2. Start making "Yakitofu" (grilled tofu). Use a non-stick pan with a flat bottom. No oil is needed. Fry the tofu cubes until both sides are golden brown.

3. Add a little oil to the pan, put in the beef slices, fry over medium heat until it changes color slightly, then add the onion shreds and fry until the onion becomes transparent

4. Boil a pot of water, add konjac shreds and blanch them to remove the fishy smell

5. Add the fried tofu from step 3

6. Add the blanched konjac and stir carefully to avoid breaking the tofu.

7. Add sake, let the alcohol evaporate over high heat, then add water

8. Add soy sauce and sugar, stir and cook for about 5 minutes

9. When the konjac and tofu are well seasoned, add the green onions and simmer for a while.

For some people, making Sukiyaki may be simple, but only if you put your heart into it, can you really do it well.
