How to make Japanese tofu with bacon, zucchini and eggs

Does your busy daily work make you feel tired? Are you frustrated by years of overtime work? Next, follow my example and make bacon, zucchini, egg and Japanese tofu to relax and reward yourself.

1. Peel and dice the zucchini; peel and chop the carrots; chop the onions

2. Mix 3 teaspoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons water, and a small amount of salt, then beat 3 eggs and mix well; mix 1 teaspoon garlic and black bean sauce, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, appropriate amount of sugar, and 5 tablespoons water to make the sauce

3. Open the tofu package, cut a few pieces according to the number of pieces you want, turn it upside down on a plate, and put it in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes (depending on the actual size of the tofu); Japanese tofu can also be replaced with ordinary soft tofu

4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry zucchini and carrot shreds. When the zucchini changes color and softens, add cornstarch and egg liquid. When the egg liquid becomes completely solid, turn off the heat and place on a plate. Place around the tofu.

5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until fragrant. Add chopped bacon and stir-fry over high heat. Pour in the starch sauce to thicken. Finally, pour the entire sauce over the tofu.
