How to make French Chabourg cookies

1. Sift the flour and sugar into a bowl

2. Put the softened butter into step 1 and rub it into coarse particles.

7. After pressing each one, take it out and put it on a baking tray lined with paper. Brush it with egg wash after pressing one, so that the ones pressed before will not become dry after pressing the last one. Leave some space between them.

8. You can draw textures on the cookies after brushing with egg wash, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, cool out of the oven and seal for storage
