How to make scallion soda crackers

1.30g scallions, washed and dried

2. Chop

3. Pour 60 grams of fresh milk into the bowl

4. Add 4 grams of yeast powder

5. Add 30g of salad oil and stir

6. Put 150 grams of low-gluten flour in the container

7. Add 3 grams of salt

8. Add 5 grams of sugar

9. Add 0.5 grams of baking soda

10. Add 30g of chives

11. Add 7 grams of cooked white sesame seeds

12. Stir well

13. Add the mixed milk

14. Knead into dough

15. Roll the dough into thin slices

16. Find any tool that can make a pattern. I used the lid of a purple clay teapot.

17. Grease the baking sheet with some butter

18. Add the pressed dough

19. Brush the dough with a little more salt water, poke some holes in it with a fork, and let it ferment for about 10 minutes.

20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. After 5 minutes, place the baking tray in the middle layer and bake for about 10-13 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for a while. Take it out and let it cool before eating.
