How to make grilled pork ribs

1. Choose the right amount of ribs and do not chop them. Eat the whole piece and enjoy it. Wash the ribs clean.

2. Prepare the sauce: 73g soybean paste, 30g honey, a little osmanthus sauce (can be ignored if there is none), a little dark soy sauce, and some minced garlic

3. Pour the sauce on the ribs, put on disposable gloves and spread it evenly, find a fresh-keeping bag to put the ribs and the remaining sauce in, the weather is hot, put it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator, marinate for about 24 hours, for fear that it will not be tasty

4. Place the ribs on the grill, preheat to 160 degrees, put them in the oven, put the grill on top and a baking tray underneath to collect the oil, and bake for one hour and ten minutes. Just poke it with chopsticks

5. In order to make the surface look good, use honey, osmanthus sauce and pepper powder, and brush the ribs every ten minutes.

6. After baking, serve. In the summer, would you feel great if you had a beer and some grilled ribs?

7. It sounds tempting, but you have to eat barbecued food while it’s hot, otherwise it won’t taste right.
