Grilled Chicken Noodles

Grilled Chicken Noodles

Roasted chicken with fried noodles is a very delicious delicacy. To make this dish, you need to prepare fried noodles first. You can add chili sauce to the noodles, which will make the noodles taste better. If you don’t like chili sauce, you can leave it out. The fried noodles made according to your personal taste will taste better. For the roasted chicken, you can prepare a young chicken, which will be very tender when roasted.

Ingredients for the noodle sauce : ginger, minced meat, soy sauce, cooking wine, chili sauce, noodle sauce, chopped green onion, garlic

Method 1. Pour a lot of oil into the pot, add the minced ginger and stir-fry after the oil is hot.

2. Add minced meat, soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

3. Add chili sauce, noodle sauce and a little water and stir-fry.

4. Add chopped green onion and garlic slices before serving. No salt is needed (because the chili sauce is salty). How about it, eat it!

Ingredients for honey-grilled chicken legs: 1 box of chicken legs (5-6 sticks), about 50cc soy sauce, 3-5 tablespoons honey (sweetness can be adjusted by yourself), 2 tablespoons sake (rice wine is also OK), some sesame seeds

Step 1: Mix soy sauce/honey/sake evenly

2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for 30 minutes. The marinating time can be extended, or you can put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Put the marinated chicken legs into the oven and bake at 200 degrees C until cooked (about 20-30 minutes) ~ the skin is slightly caramelized and crispy! During the baking process, turn the chicken legs over and brush them with sauce for about 10 minutes to make sure the chicken legs are cooked. You can poke them with chopsticks or bamboo sticks. If there is no stickiness when you pull it out, it means the chicken thigh is done!

Ingredients for honey-roasted chicken legs : a pair of chicken legs, honey sauce: minced ginger, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, mashed garlic, honey, and black pepper powder. Arrange according to the amount of chicken.

Method 1. Wash the chicken legs and marinate with salt for about 1 hour;

2. Rinse with water, then pour into honey and continue marinating;

3. You can control the time yourself. I marinated it for 1.5 hours. If you marinate it overnight, it will be more flavorful.

4. Put tin foil in the baking tray, then put onions or potato slices underneath, put the chicken legs on it, bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn the oven on and off several times to brush with honey, and turn the chicken legs over to make sure both sides are brushed with honey.
