How to steam abalone

As the National Day holiday is approaching, you must be very excited. You must have already thought about where to go for fun. What to eat? Although there are many delicious foods outside, the hygiene is very worrying. Instead of doing that, you might as well do it yourself. Well, now I will teach you how to make steamed abalone.

1. Remove the internal organs of the abalone, scrub it clean with a brush, separate the meat and shell and drain the water;

2. Mince ginger and garlic, cut chili peppers into rings, and shred green onions;

3. Take a large bowl and add abalone, ginger, onion, garlic and chili pepper;

4. Mix with a little steamed fish soy sauce and oil, and marinate for 30 minutes;

5. Place the abalone shells on a plate;

6. Put the marinated abalone meat back into the abalone shell one by one;

7. Use a spoon to pour the pickled abalone juice and residue on each abalone;

8. Boil water in a pot, add abalone after the water boils, and steam for 20 minutes;

9. After steaming, take out the dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
