The most common homemade noodle recipe

Fried Noodles

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and diced meat, and add mushrooms after the diced meat turns white. 2. Pour in the noodles, stir a few times, then pour in the spinach, and finally add a few spoons of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt. When the fried noodles turn golden brown, they can be served.

Tomato and Egg Noodles

Ingredients: noodles, tomatoes, eggs, salt, MSG, sesame oil, and ginger slices. Method: 1. Wash and slice two tomatoes, mash two eggs, add salt to the egg liquid, and chop a piece of old ginger; 2. Put oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid into the hot oil and fry it into egg drops, then serve; 3. Add another piece of oil, heat the oil and sauté the chopped ginger, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry, when the tomatoes are water-released, pour in the egg drops and stir-fry for a while (you can add a little bit of white sugar if you think the tomatoes are too sour, but only add a little); 4. Then add water and cook it until it is flavored (the water can be slightly more than when making soup). It can be cooked for about five minutes, then poured into a noodle bowl, add salt (more salt), MSG, and sesame oil; 5. Put water in another pot to cook the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, serve them in a noodle bowl with tomato soup, sprinkle with coriander, and it will be fragrant.

Sauce Noodles

Ingredients: 200g minced pork, 1 piece of smoked pork, 400g noodles, 6 green vegetable leaves, 10g ginger, 45ml balsamic vinegar, 15ml soy sauce, 30ml cooking wine, 10g sugar, 5g salt, 15ml red oil, 10g pepper powder, a little green onion, a little sesame seeds. Method: 1. Add 15ml cooking wine and 2g salt to the minced pork, mix well and marinate for half an hour. 1. Cut the smoked dried fish into small pieces of half a centimeter square for later use; 2. Heat the base oil in a pan, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until it turns white; 3. Add the smoked dried fish pieces and slowly stir-fry until fragrant, then add the cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry until the smoked dried fish and pork turn red; 4. Add broth or water, the amount of water should cover 1/2 of the ingredients, then add salt and sugar and cook until the soup is colored and the taste becomes stronger; 5. In another soup pot, boil the water and add the noodles, cook the noodles until they are about 80% cooked and then remove them. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the previously cooked ingredients and blanched vegetables, and add balsamic vinegar, pepper powder, red oil, sesame seeds and green onions according to your taste and mix well.
