1. Ingredients.

2. Wash and peel the lotus root, cut it into strips, and then cut it into small pieces. The thinner the better.

3. Put the lotus root into boiling water and blanch for 1 minute.

12. Pass it over oil-absorbing paper.

13. Serve.
