Usage and dosage of Kudzu vine

For internal use: decoct in water, 3-5 qian (2 doses per day).

For external use: mash and apply.

Clinical Application

Treatment of chronic bronchitis: Take 3 grams of rhizome of Alpinia pilosula, decoct and take it, or make it into syrup and take it twice a day, 10 days as a course of treatment. A total of 505 cases were treated. After one course of treatment, 178 cases (35.3%) were under short-term control, 146 cases (28.9%) showed significant effects, and 149 cases (20.6%) improved. The therapeutic effect can be improved by extending the course of treatment. It has been observed that a small number of patients experience dizziness, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms after taking the medicine. Generally, no treatment is required and they disappear on their own. Blood tests were performed during the treatment, and it was found that the white blood cell count decreased to varying degrees, the total red blood cell count increased, and there was no obvious change in hemoglobin. Electrocardiogram examination showed that the drug had no damage to the myocardium. After taking the medicine, breathing and pulse slowed down to varying degrees, but there was no obvious change in heart rhythm, heart rate, and blood pressure.

Fried Shrimp with Kudzu Beans

Ingredients: 50g shrimp, 100g kudzu nut, 50g lean meat, some oil, some salt, some soy sauce, some garlic, some chicken essence, some starch

7. Add appropriate amount of salt when the kudzu nut becomes slightly soft.

8. Add a little chicken stock.

9. Pour the previously fried shrimp and lean meat into the pot.
