Bitter Melon and Eggs

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat bitter melon and eggs for health reasons, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious bitter melon and egg dish.

1. Prepare bitter gourd and eggs.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

3. Wash the bitter gourd and remove the white core.

4.Chop the bitter gourd into small pieces.

5. Heat the oil and sauté the green onions.

6. Add the diced bitter gourd and stir-fry until you can feel some water coming out, or it will cook quickly (or it will change color).

7. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry until the eggs are formed.

8. Add salt, mix well and serve.
