What are the street-side methods of Teppanyaki snacks?

Grilled squid: Wash and cut the squid, cut the onion into shreds, prepare auxiliary ingredients such as cumin, sesame, salt, pepper powder, etc., stir-fry the squid in a pan, heat the iron plate, brush it with oil, add onion and then put the squid on it.

Grilled meat on an iron plate: Cut the pork into thin slices and prepare auxiliary ingredients such as ginger, shallots, salt, soy sauce, etc. Marinate the meat for a day. Prepare chili powder, cumin powder, and five-spice powder in advance. Heat the iron plate with oil, put the meat on it, sprinkle with auxiliary ingredients, grill the meat until it turns white, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and add seasonings.

Teppanyaki: prepare the main ingredient, meat, and auxiliary ingredients, such as ginger, green pepper, salt, chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder, etc. Heat the iron plate and brush it with oil, put the meat, ginger and green pepper on it, cover it with a lid, and add soy sauce, chopped green onion and other seasonings when it is almost cooked.

Teppanyaki fried rice: prepare soft and delicious high-quality rice, ham, shrimp, eggs and unique craft ingredients. Beat the rice with chopsticks, pour in a small amount of dark soy sauce, mix the rice and soy sauce, heat the iron plate and brush with oil, add minced ginger and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in soy sauce rice and other ingredients and stir-fry until the rice grains are shiny with oil.

How to cook iron plate crucian carp

Ingredients: 50 grams of lean and fatty pork, 250 grams of crucian carp, 15 grams of green onion, 10 grams each of ginger and garlic, 40 grams of vegetable oil, 10 grams of vinegar, 15 grams each of dried chili segments and bean paste, 10 grams of soy sauce, 2 grams of MSG, 5 grams each of cooking wine and white sugar.

Clean the crucian carp, remove the internal organs, dry it, scale it, and wipe the fish body dry. Make a few cuts on the surface, with the cuts reaching the fish bones.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, put in the crucian carp, fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan;

Stir-fry minced pork in the original pan, add bean paste, chopped green onion and ginger, and dried chili peppers;

Put the crucian carp back in, add sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, and enough water to cover the fish, simmer over low heat until the soup is almost gone, and serve on a plate;

Mix well, add MSG and green onions, and pour over the fish.

Sizzling Flame Ice Cream

Ingredients: 300 grams of ice cream, 600 grams of apple pulp, banana pulp, mango pulp and other fruit pulp, 30 grams of strong liquor, and 50 grams of butter.

Shape the ice cream into balls with a diameter of 8 cm and freeze for half an hour. Cut the washed fruit pulp into blocks of about 10 g;
