How to make fish-flavored white beans

1. Remove the ends and fibers of the beans, wash them, and cut them into strips diagonally for later use.

2.1 Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper shreds when hot, stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant.

3.2 Slice the scallion, shred the ginger, and chop the garlic into small pieces.

4. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

5. Turn to medium heat, add shredded beans and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

6. Pour cooking wine and balsamic vinegar along the edge of the pot, then add sugar and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
