Depending on the addition of other vegetables and meat, Huibing also has many flavors. Different people can choose to match their favorite ingredients according to their eating habits and preferences. Therefore, the authentic Huibing is rich in taste and comprehensive in nutrition.

There are many ways to make stewed pancakes, including vegetarian stewed pancakes, shredded meat stewed pancakes, and simple stewed pancakes. There are many ways to eat the home staple pancake. You can eat it directly, or make it into a mixed fried pancake, a lentil fried pancake, or a delicious and nutritious stewed pancake with soup.

Method 1

Snow peas, tomatoes, pancakes, garlic, oil, salt

1. Cut the fried dough into thin strips, remove the tendons from the snow peas, wash and drain, and slice the tomatoes.

2. Heat the oil and sauté the whole garlic (you can add more, it tastes better), add the snow peas and stir-fry until they are green all over, then add the fried dough sticks and stir-fry evenly.

3. Add water to half of the ingredients, put in the tomato slices and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat until the pancake becomes soft, then turn to high heat to reduce the soup. If you feel it's not tasty enough, add a little salt.

The raw materials needed for the pancake are as follows:

Main ingredients: pancakes, black fungus, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, dried tofu, cabbage, eggs, and braised beef

Ingredients: Onion, beef broth, salt, soy sauce

Side dishes are not limited to the ones mentioned above, and can be flexibly arranged according to the preferences of your family. The more types of food we eat every day and the richer the colors, the better, the more balanced the nutrition will be. So when I make this kind of stew or fried rice (such as assorted fried cakes, assorted fried rice, etc.), I usually choose as many side dishes as possible.

Production steps

1. Soak the fungus in clean water, wash it, remove the hard stems, and tear it into small pieces;

2. Soak the mushrooms in clean water, wash and cut into strips;

3. Wash, peel and slice the carrots;

4. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and break it into small pieces;

5. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces;

6. Cut the dried tofu into shreds; [1]

7. Wash and cut the cabbage into pieces;

8. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add oil to a wok, heat it up, pour in the egg liquid and stir with a spatula, stir until cooked, set aside;

9. Cut the pancakes into strips one finger wide or into diamond-shaped pieces.

Once all the raw materials are prepared, you can start frying. Heat oil in a pan, first add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes, carrots, fungus, shiitake mushrooms, dried tofu and bell peppers and stir-fry.

Add beef broth to the pot (if there is no beef broth, add water) until it covers the vegetables by at least 2 finger joints, then put the stewed beef cubes into the pot, cover the pot, and bring the soup to a boil over high heat.

After the soup boils, add the cabbage and fried eggs, add soy sauce and salt to season, and stir well. Note: The cabbage is added later because it is easy to cook. Reducing the cooking time can prevent excessive nutrient loss.

Then add the pancakes and mix well. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes to allow the soup to fully penetrate the pancakes, then turn off the heat and serve.
