How to make taro and wolfberry duck soup

1. After slaughtering the live duck, remove the feathers and internal organs (you can ask the stall owner to do it for you), wash it and cut it into large pieces, put it into a pot, add clean water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes, remove it and wash off the floating foam.

2. Put on disposable gloves, peel the taro and wash it.

3. Put the blanched duck pieces into the pot, add enough water, add scallion segments and ginger slices and bring to a boil. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

4. Add taro and continue to simmer on low heat for half an hour.

5. Add the rinsed wolfberries and cook for 5 minutes, then add salt to taste.
