6. Cook the fresh noodles until 80% done, remove and drain, pour into a large bowl, and stir with pepper oil until it is not sticky.

7. Wash, tear, blanch and set aside

8. Pour the sauce from step 5 on the noodles, then add a layer of bean sprouts and meat sauce, mix well.
