How to make traditional sesame sauce cold noodles

15. Then slowly stretch it and wave it in the air, and the noodles are ready to be put into the pot.

16. After the water boils, put it in the water, boil it over medium heat, then turn to low heat and cook for one or two minutes before taking it out

17. It's time to rinse off. The noodles are not sticky after long cooking and are very chewy.

18. Mix the noodles with pepper oil, mustard sauce, sesame paste, cucumber shreds, radish shreds and other toppings, and you can enjoy it.
