How to make seaweed buns

Festivals are always inseparable from meat and fish, and there are too many relatives who love meat. If you can master some cooking skills and learn how to make seaweed buns, you can eat delicious dishes made by yourself on every festival. It is not difficult to make this dish, as long as you master the skills and put enough thought into it, your family will definitely love you at the dinner table.

1. Add appropriate amount of yeast powder to the dough and mix it with warm water. After it becomes smooth, cover it and let it rise for about 1 to 2 hours.

2. Wash and prepare the ingredients. Blanch the seaweed with hot water, rinse it with cold water, and squeeze out the water.

3. Soak the dried tofu skin and dried shrimp in warm water, and wash them 4 to 5 times.

4. Chop the seaweed, tofu skin, green onion, and ginger, add dried shrimps, appropriate amounts of sesame oil, oil, oyster sauce, salt, and seasoning, mix well and set aside.

5. There are many small bubbles on the dough, which looks twice as big as the freshly kneaded dough.

6. Knead the dough and use a rolling pin to shape it into bun skins.

7. Put the stretched filling on the bun skin and wrap it into your favorite shape.

8. Put the buns into the pot with cold water, cover it with a lid, and steam them for 15 minutes after the water boils. Then simmer for one minute and the buns will be cooked.

9. Serve on a plate.

People with poor stomachs must pay attention to their daily diet and avoid eating out often. Seaweed buns are simple to make and very convenient to make by yourself.
