Mussels and Prawn Pasta Recipe

3. Take about 25-30 mussels for the noodles and cook the rest. Chop onion and garlic, finely chop celery, and quarter tomatoes.

4. Add a little oil to the pan and sauté onion and garlic.

5. Then add the mussels and prawns and stir-fry until all the mussels are open. Notes that are not opened are dead and must be thrown away. The shrimp turned red. Then add white wine and sauté until the wine aroma is released.

6. Chop fresh basil leaves and coriander, and remove rosemary branches.

7. Add a little of the water used to cook the noodles and add the tomatoes. Saute over low heat until tomatoes soften and the juice turns red.

8. Pour the cooked noodles into the pot and sprinkle with the fresh spices chopped in step 6. Finally, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, chopped chili, chives and a small amount of dried parsley leaves.

9. Beer mussels: Dice carrots and celery and cut onion in half. Add a little oil to the pan, sauté onions and scallions first, then add carrots and celery and sauté until soft.

10. Add the mussels to the pan and stir-fry. When the shells are almost open, pour in the dark beer.

11. Wait until the wine evaporates slightly and add the vegetable soup. Less than 80% of the mussels. Then pour in the dry seasoning.

12. When the soup boils, add the cream. You can add more or less according to your taste. Finally, cover with lid and simmer on low heat for a few minutes until all the mussel shells have opened. Those that never open should also be thrown away. This is dead. You can’t eat it. Finally, add salt and freshly ground black pepper, taste, and serve.
