5. Add 250 grams of potatoes and stir-fry until the potatoes change color slightly.

6. Add 200 grams of sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly.

7. After the sauerkraut is stir-fried evenly, pour in dark soy sauce, about twice the amount you usually use for stir-frying. Continue to stir-fry.

8. Add boiling water until the food is slightly thickened. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Haha, now you know why the potatoes are cut so big.

9. At this time, the water should be just about the same height as the vegetables. Cut the noodles into about two-inch lengths and put them into the boiling soup, making sure to spread them evenly. Cover the pot, turn on high heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

10. Open the lid of the pot and sprinkle chicken essence.

11. First, loosen the noodles with chopsticks, and then use a spatula to mix the noodles and vegetables evenly.
