How to make blueberry scones

Exquisite dishes are the result of careful consideration with clever minds, but some dishes in life that look delicious and beautiful are actually not as difficult to make as imagined. Take the blueberry scone dish for example. Prepare the ingredients, stir-fry over medium heat until the ingredients become soft, sprinkle with chopped green onions to enhance the flavor, and then serve.

1. Prepare the ingredients, weigh the flour and prepare other ingredients

2. Put the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar and sift

3. Add chopped butter. The butter does not need to be softened. Take it out of the refrigerator and chop it into pieces and put it into the sifted flour.

4. Mix with flour and rub into even layer by hand and set aside

5. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar to the milk and mix well.

6. Add 1/2 spoon of vanilla extract (optional)

7. Add the beaten egg liquid and mix well (leave a little for the finished raw embryo to apply the egg liquid)

8. Then pour into the flour

9. Use a spatula to stir evenly

10. Put it on the panel without kneading it. Just use your hands to make the dough and press it gently.

11. Overlay it and repeat twice.

12. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.8 cm, and use the mold to press out the shape you like.

13. Place the pieces in a baking tray with some space between them. Use a tea spoon to make a hole in the middle.

14. Add appropriate amount of blueberry jam

15. Use the remaining egg liquid to spread around

16. Put it into the preheated 160 degree oven and bake it in the middle layer for 20 minutes.

17. Remove from oven and let cool

18. I can't wait to take a bite. It's crispy, fragrant and delicious.
