How to make meatball udon

1.1Mix the pork filling with salt, MSG, sesame oil, ginger juice, soy sauce, pepper powder, an egg and appropriate amount of starch

6. Fill the pot with water, add udon noodles, and cook for 5 minutes. The meatballs can be cooked for a while, or they can be added when serving. Sprinkle with salt and MSG, and drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil when serving (I forgot to take a photo of the poached egg step)
