It can cure dampness and arthritis, benefit the intestines and stomach, eliminate edema, strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, and long-term use can make the body lighter and benefit the qi. Red beans, called "adzuki beans" in traditional Chinese medicine, also have obvious diuretic, anti-edema, and spleen and stomach strengthening effects. Main ingredients: winter melon, coriander.

Ingredients: scallion, soy sauce, broth (or water), salt, sugar.

5. When the winter melon becomes transparent, add some salt to taste, sprinkle some coriander, turn off the heat and serve. It can be used to make soup or dishes!
