How to make borscht (red soup)

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat for health, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious borscht (red soup).

1. Cut the beef brisket into pieces, add onion, ginger and peppercorns and cook in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes

2. Cut the cabbage

3. Cut the potatoes and carrots

4.2 tomatoes, chopped

5.Chop the onion

6. After the beef is pressed, remove all ingredients except the beef.

7. Throw the potatoes and carrots in and press for 10 minutes. Carrots can be fried first

8. When it’s done, throw the cabbage in and press for 5 minutes. After pressing, add salt and scallops to season (chicken essence is also OK)

9. Stir-fry red sauce: add oil, fry onions until fragrant, add tomatoes, fry until soft, and add half a bottle of tomato sauce. I also added a little more sugar. Cook for a while

10. Pour the red sauce and soup together and stir well. Done! Very delicious! !
