How to make ham and cheese scones

So, here I will show you how to make ham and cheese scones.

4. Add eggs, butter, maltose, vegetable oil, etc., stir into crumbs, then use milk to make dough.

5.1 Sprinkle a little dry flour on the chopping board.

6.2 Knead the dough for 10 minutes and then take out the dough.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.

8. Roll into 5 mm thick slices.

9. After rolling the dough into thin slices, use a knife to cut it into rectangular slices that are 20 cm wide and about 30 cm long.

10. Sprinkle shredded ham on half of the dough.

11. Then fold the dough in half and roll it out again with a rolling pin.

12. After rolling it out, fold it again and finally roll it into a dough sheet 8 mm thick.

13. Use a knife to cut the dough into 8 evenly shaped small squares, then cut the small squares diagonally into triangles, place them neatly on the baking tray, and use a brush to apply thin egg liquid mixed with milk on them.

14. Adjust the temperature of the preheated oven to 190 degrees for upper and lower fire. Bake for about 15 minutes and take it out when the color is even.

15. Knead the remaining half of the dough and the scraps of dough together.

16. Fold the sugar for 5 minutes and then knead it with a rolling pin.

17. Fold the rolled out dough left and right.

18. After folding, roll it out again, then sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins evenly on half of the rolled dough, fold the other half of the dough in half, and finally, use a rolling pin to roll it into a large sheet 8 mm thick.

19. Use a lace carving mold with a diameter of 6 cm to press the dough into lace round cakes.

20. Then place the cookies evenly on the baking tray.

21. Keep the upper and lower heat of the oven at 190 degrees, bake for 15 minutes until the color is even, then it can be taken out of the oven, let it cool, put it on a plate and serve.
