8. Use your thumb to press the rolled discs into 12 muffin molds;

9. Evenly pour the egg liquid into 12 molds (do not fill them too full, it is better to leave some egg liquid);

10. Preheat oven to 350°F (about 192 degrees). Carefully place the prepared egg tart mold into the middle layer of the oven, set the time to 20-30 minutes (adjust appropriately according to the function of your own oven), and bake until the egg liquid solidifies and the edges of the egg tart shell are golden brown.
