Cover the micro pressure cooker and press for 10 minutes while the micro pressure cooker is venting steam. 8. After 10 minutes, open the lid of the micro pressure cooker, pour the squid flowers into the pot and simmer on low heat. 9. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
