Bacon Mushroom Pizza Recipe

6.6. After the aroma comes out, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat.

7.7. Add tomato sauce, sugar and salt and stir-fry.

8.8. After seasoning, add pizzazz to reduce the sauce into a sauce and set aside.

9.9. Take out the dough and spread the pizza sauce evenly. No need to spread the sauce on the outer 1cm area.

10.10. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly, sprinkle with bacon, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese again, put on mushrooms (mushrooms can be fried in advance to remove moisture), continue to sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, and bake in the preheated oven. Take it out 5 minutes before serving, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
