How to make Old Beijing Meat Pie

1. Knead the flour into a soft dough, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4.1 Pinch the edges tightly to prevent the meat filling from coming out when you stir it.

6. Roll out the pancake and apply oil on both sides.

7. Put it in a pan over medium-low heat and fry until both sides are golden brown.
