How to stir-fry water chestnuts

1. Wash the carrots and slice them.

2. Use scissors to cut out the flower shape.

3. Cut them one by one and set aside.

4. Wash the beans and cut into small pieces.

5. Clean the water chestnuts, peel them and set aside.

6. Cut into thin slices.

7. Soak the fungus for a quarter of an hour in advance.

8. After boiling water, pour in carrots and beans and blanch for one and a half minutes. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and salt to brighten the seasoning.

9. Pour oil into a hot pan and stir-fry chopped green onion until fragrant.

10. Take out the beans and carrots, pour into the oil pan and stir-fry for 1 and a half minutes.

11. Pour in the soaked black fungus and stir-fry for half a minute.

12. Add the water chestnut slices and stir-fry for a while.

13. Sprinkle salt and sugar on the dish before serving.
