Stir-fried scallops with vermicelli and garlic sauce

Scallops are very common seafood. Nowadays, people know that they should eat more nutritious foods so that they can improve their physical fitness. Scallops are a very good choice. Moreover, there are various ways to cook this ingredient. It can be cooked with other ingredients, such as fried scallops with garlic vermicelli. This dish tastes quite good.

1. First, clean the shell of the scallops with a toothbrush.

2. Use a knife to pry open the scallop, leaving the meaty half, and then use the knife to remove the scallop meat along the shell wall.

3. The black substance at the back of the shellfish meat is the internal organs and should be removed. The layer of eyelash-like yellow substance under the skirt is the gills, which should also be removed.

6. Take a large bowl with water, add some salt and soak the shellfish meat in it for two or three minutes, then use chopsticks to gently stir the shellfish meat so that the mud and sand in the shellfish meat sink to the bottom of the bowl, then rinse the shellfish meat with clean water.

7. Take a handful of Longkou vermicelli, soak it in hot water until soft, drain and set aside.

8. Sprinkle a little salt, white wine and white pepper on the cleaned scallop meat, mix well, add some starch, and marinate for later use.

9. Heat up a pan with oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

10. Put half of the fried garlic into a bowl, then add a little steamed fish soy sauce and mix well to make a sauce.

11. Cut the vermicelli into small pieces and place them under the scallops. Add half of the remaining minced garlic in the pot evenly on each scallop and top with shredded ginger.

12. Put cold water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Then put in the scallops and steam over high heat for about five minutes. Then remove from the heat.

13. Remove the shredded ginger from the steamed scallops, use a small spoon to pour the above-mentioned sauce on each scallop while it is still hot, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

14. Heat a clean wok, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and heat until smoking, then pour the oil evenly on each scallop. After a sizzling sound, you can start eating!

Ingredients: scallops, garlic, soaked vermicelli, green and red peppers, chives, Lekui cooking box

Seasoning: salt, Maggi soy sauce, chicken essence, Shaoxing wine

1. Wash the scallops, drain the water, and marinate with a little Shaoxing wine. Chop garlic into minced garlic and cut green and red pepper into small pieces

2. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add green and red bell peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour Maggi soy sauce and a little salt and chicken essence on top to adjust the taste.

4. Put the minced garlic, green and red pepper on the scallops and put them in the Lekui cooking box.

5. Add vermicelli on the scallops, and add garlic, green and red peppers.

6. Cover the food container.

7. Put it in the oven and preheat the oven to 220° for 5-8 minutes.

8. Open the cooking box and let it cool down a bit before serving.
