How to make braised gluten

1. Prepare 3 gluten

2. Put the gluten into the pot, add fennel, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and June fresh soy sauce.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat for 1 hour

4. Cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced and turn off the heat when a little sauce is left.

5. Take out the gluten and let it cool

6. Cut the gluten into pieces diagonally and put them in a bowl

7. Prepare minced meat, minced mushrooms, and chopped green onions

8. Add a little oil to the pan and add the minced meat.

9. Fry the minced meat until it turns white, then add the minced mushrooms.

10. Then add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce and June fresh soy sauce, stir fry evenly

11. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and stir fry for a while

12. Put the minced meat on the gluten and drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil.

13. The food is ready
