How to make breakfast egg buns and fried dough sticks

The taste of life lies in enjoying a delicious dish that suits you and having a meal together in harmony with your family. Breakfast egg buns and fried dough sticks is a very simple dish, but it is suitable for home cooking and does not require too much seasoning.

1. Knead the dough: Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and yeast powder. Put salt in a small bowl, pour a little hot water to dissolve it, then add cold water to start kneading the dough. Finally, add a little cooking oil and knead the dough. (Usually mix the dough at night and use it the next morning)

2. Knead the dough: Put the fermented dough on the panel, sprinkle a little flour without sticking to the panel, knead it into a pancake, cut it as shown in the picture, and let it rise for 20 minutes.

3. Fry the egg skin: Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot. Stretch the egg skin on all sides, put it into the pan, and take it out when the egg skin bulges.

4. Fried egg buns: Pour the eggs into the egg skin, put them into the oil pan again, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

5. Fry the dough sticks: press them down with chopsticks, stretch them at both ends with your hands, and fry them in oil until golden brown.

Breakfast omelets and fried dough sticks are easy to make, but the key lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dishes, and the dishes will instantly become a meal.
