Bacon, corn and onion pizza recipe

1. Weigh all the above ingredients and put them in order.

2. Mix the high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour, add yeast powder, salt and sugar, and mix. Add warm water and dough in the middle as shown in the picture.

3. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth.

4. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and wait for it to ferment, which takes about 60 to 80 minutes.

5. When the dough has doubled in size, if it does not shrink when you poke it with your finger, it has been successfully fermented.

6. Add olive oil, press out the bubbles in the dough, knead the dough until it is completely mixed with the oil, then divide it into two pieces, and make each piece into an 8-inch cake base.

7. Use a wooden stick to press one of the doughs into an 8-inch round shape. Put some dry flour on the bottom of the dough when pressing to prevent it from sticking and being unable to be peeled off.

8. Brush an eight-inch pan with olive oil.

9. Place the pizza crust on the dough and poke dense holes on it with a fork to release the bubbles. Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.

10. Chop the bacon and onion, mix with the corn kernels and set aside.

11. Put bacon, onion and corn kernels into the pan and stir-fry until dry. Add black pepper sauce and adjust the taste for later use.

12. Take out the baked pizza crust and brush it with a layer of olive oil.

13. Apply another layer of pizza sauce.

14. Spread the filling evenly.

15. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese. Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.

16. Take it out and transfer it to a wooden pizza plate to enjoy the delicious taste.
