Pumpkin butter toast recipe

2. Put high-gluten flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, a small spoonful of egg liquid, cooking oil, light cream, and pumpkin puree into the bread basket, and finally add the foaming yeast.

3. Put it in the bread machine and set the program to knead the dough for 30 minutes.

4. Check the dough when the time is up. It is fine if the dough can be stretched to form a thin glove film.

5. Put it back into the bread machine and set the program to ferment for one hour.

6. After taking it out, poke a hole with your hand and make sure it does not shrink.

7. Pat your face thoroughly to expel the air from it.

8. Then roll it into long strips and divide it into four equal parts.

9. Take one of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into the shape of a cow tongue.

10. Roll up from one side and fold both sides into the width of the mold.

11. Put it into the mold, apply a layer of egg liquid on the surface, apply a little white sesame seeds, cover with plastic wrap and let the sugar rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.

12. When the sugar is 90% full, put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake in the middle layer for 25-30 minutes. (Check at any time to prevent over-baking)

13. Remove from the mold after cooling down.

14. The finished product is completely demoulded.

15. Soft, stringy and with just the right sweetness.

16. It looks soft and elastic, just great.

17. Decoration, placement, color and taste are the best.

18. Break it into pieces, put it into a fresh-keeping bag and store it in the refrigerator for a week before consumption.
