Mary's~How to make gas-fired bread waffles

1. Put the flour into a bowl, and put sugar, yeast, eggs, and milk powder into the bowl.

The purpose of moving the heat is to heat the waffles evenly. When the steam comes out, you can see how the color is. Then turn it over and heat the other side with a low heat until it is cooked and beautifully colored. It doesn't take too long, otherwise it will become mushy. Observe at any time.
