Hot Dog Buns (Polish)

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well make some simple dishes at home. Hot dog buns (Polish type) are simple to make and can provide the body with a variety of nutrients it needs.

1. Put the ingredients of the Polish seed into a bowl, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Put the other main ingredients except softened butter into the bread bucket, add Polish starter and start kneading the dough.

3. After kneading for 10 minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading until the end

4. Put it in the bread machine and ferment it until it doubles in size without shrinking.

5. Take out the fermented dough and use a rolling pin to gently roll out the air.

6. Divide into 5 equal pieces, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes

7. Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape

8. Roll up from top to bottom

9. Close the mouth and pinch it tightly

10. Place it on a baking tray and put it in the oven to ferment until it doubles in size.

11. After fermentation, take it out, spray a little water, sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

12. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake for about 18 minutes. After baking, take it out and let it cool

13. Cut the hot dog bun in the middle, don’t cut through it

14. Wash the lettuce, dry it, and put a piece of it between the bread.

15. Put a slice of cheese on it

16. Add your own crispy sausage

17. Squeeze salad dressing or ketchup on bread for a delicious breakfast

Even if you have no cooking experience, don't be afraid. The method of making hot dog buns (Polish type) is very simple and ordinary people can easily learn it.
