raw material:

Main ingredients: 25 grams of cooked shredded snake meat, 100 grams of raw shredded chicken, 5 grams of cooked shredded civet cat, 75 grams of soaked fish maw, 75 grams of boiled abalone, 75 grams of fresh oyster mushrooms, 50 grams of soaked black fungus, and 100 grams of fried crispy.

Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, MSG, soy sauce, pepper, ginger wine, scallion segments, ginger shreds, tangerine peel shreds, lemon leaves, chrysanthemum, wet starch, lard, broth, and snake soup.

Preparation method:

1. Put the crispy food into 2 small plates, wash and cut 5 chrysanthemums and place them on the crispy food, cut the lemon leaves into shreds and place them on the chrysanthemum petals, cut the chicken, fish maw, abalone, oyster mushroom and fungus into thin shreds.

2. Heat the pan, add lard and stir-fry the shredded snake, add cooking wine, add snake soup, adjust the taste with seasoning, after boiling, pour into a clay bowl, add ginger slices and scallion segments, simmer in a steamer for 1 hour and take out.

3. Simmer the shredded black fungus, fish maw and abalone with seasonings and broth. Mix the shredded chicken with egg white and wet starch, fry in hot oil until just cooked, then remove from the oil and drain. Pour lard into the pot, add cooking wine, broth and snake soup, bring to a boil, put in various shredded meats, season, add pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, thicken with wet starch, remove from the pot and serve.

This dish is made of five snakes, chicken, civet cat, fungus, oyster mushroom, fish maw, abalone and a variety of seasonings. It has the effects of nourishing yin and kidney, and dispelling wind and dampness. Combining the nourishing effects of chicken, the kidney-strengthening effects of abalone, the rheumatism-relieving effects of snake meat, the essence-replenishing and marrow-tonifying effects of fish maw, the meridian-opening and blood-stasis-removing effects of black fungus, the anti-cancer effects of oyster mushrooms, and the nourishing effects of civet cats can cure rheumatoid arthritis, hemiplegia, paralysis and other diseases.
