How to make low-sugar chive cookies

1. Wash and chop the green onions.

2. Mix corn oil, milk and yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.

3. Sift the low-gluten flour and add salt, sugar, baking soda and sesame seeds. You can use black sesame seeds, but I don’t have any left and only have a few white sesame seeds at home.

4. Add chives.

6. Mix into a dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.

7. Roll it into thin sheets and press it into shape using a mold.

8. Place on a baking tray and poke small holes with a fork.

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake at 170 degrees for about twelve minutes until the surface is golden brown. The temperature and time are for reference only. Each oven has a different temperature, so pay attention in the last few minutes.

10. Let cool and seal for storage. They will remain fragrant and crispy.
