Cranberry Margarite Cookies

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients and just stir-fry them. The method of making cranberry margarite cookies is that simple.

1. After the hard-boiled eggs are cooked, take out the egg yolks, sieve and set aside, about 30g.

2. Soften unsalted butter at room temperature

3. Add powdered sugar and salt and beat until fluffy

4. Add condensed milk and continue beating until the color becomes lighter and fluffy, then add the sifted egg yolk.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and corn starch, cut and mix until there is no dry powder and the mixture forms a clumping mass.

6. Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes, divide into small portions of 8 to 9 grams each, and roll them into balls.

7. Soak the cranberries with a little rum for about 20 minutes, drain the rum, and wipe them dry on oil-absorbing paper.

8. Place the cranberries on the dough ball and press into the dough with your thumb.

9. Preheat the oven to 170℃, lower middle layer, and bake for 16 minutes until the edges start to turn slightly yellow.
